Born in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1975, Maneiro studied various creative techniques from The Yssy Art Academy in Caracas, where he started his artistic training with only 8 years of age, and then continued to graduate in Visual Communication from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Florida,Chloe Bags Outlet where he lived for 15 years. His stay for over two years in Berlin, where he further developed and promoted his work, and especially his brief visit through Moscow, where Maneiro could appreciate closely the new abstract Russian movement, have caused a big impact in his work which evolved into his current artistic style.
After 30 years of painting and drawing, Maneiro sites the works of Jackson Pollock, Joan Miró, Hans Hartung, Marcel Duchamp, Wassili Kandinsky, Juan Loyola, Kasmir Malevich, Piet Mondrian, Arturo Millan and Robert Motherwell among others as stylistic contributors for his expressionistic voice.
Currently based out of the Greater New York City area Carlos Maneiro continues with his research and his "Water Impressions" in which he lets his canvases float on diferent bodies of water, allowing its movement to interact with paint applied on the spot, thus creating the basic compositions of his paintings.

"The water has been revealed to me as the perfect element to symbolize what I have tried to communicate through my work during all these years: contradiction and Casadei Shoes Outlet duality. How chaos demands order to bring its own existence to life. Water reflects the meaning of that, it?s order and disorder, it?s our maker but it could be our butcher. In my efforts to depict this dynamism I went straight to the source, basically allowing the motion of water to interact with replica jaeger lecoultre master watches the paint on a blank piece of canvas in essence tracing it. I have called this process "Water Impression". I take a some kind of floating device to a body of water, being the sea or a lake, place the blank canvas of the floatation device and as it floats about I apply the paint, allowing local water and sand to make it onto the canvas, this creates the basic composition of my paintings which I later take to the studio to conclude, even adding figurative elements in a very abstract background, which depict the actual process of the making of the piece. In this way I try to imbue my artistic dissertations with an element or resource that might be depleted completely at some point in the future of human history. For now I only wish to make someone looking at one of my paintings be thirsty."
